    Low-loss small-and-medium sized oil-immersed transformers up to 35kV class are currently promoted by our company. The products, featuring leading technical parameters and structural design in China, have their unique features and are designed from the perspective of users.

    In the structural and technical aspects, the iron core is not perforated and built with 45-degree mitered joints, with the limbs tied with semi-dry unidirectional weftless fiberglass adhesive tapes, having the characteristics of low height and low loss. Especially, thanks to the automatic processing line of silicon steel sheet, the shearing burr is lower than 0.01 mm. The core limb is wrapped with epoxy fiberglass adhesive tapes and the core is assembled with tensile rods, side yoke clamping bolts and steel channel sections to apply clamping pressure, which ensures the overall rigid structure of the core, and at the same time the low loss and low noise of the product. The coil of each phase is subject to drying, compression, pressure test and height adjustment as per the process to ensure that the height of each coil meets the design requirements. The coils are dried with variable-pressure vacuum drying.
