2. The head and end of the high voltage winding and the middle tap adopts the embedded structure of copper inserts, which has good rigidity, is convenient for gear adjustment, and is beautiful and neat.
3. The iron core is made of high-quality grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, with 45-degree fully inclined multi-step joints. The surface is covered with a resin insulating coating, which is resistant to moisture, rust and noise.
4. The iron core, the clamp and the coil are clamped by elastic parts to keep the coil in a stable compression state to reduce noise.
5. The transformer is designed for self-cooling, with longitudinal ventilation channels reserved inside the wall of the integrally cast high (low) voltage coil, which can be equipped with a forced air cooling device (cooling fan). 6. Equipped with a thermostat, a platinum resistance (Pt100) is placed in the embedded hole on the top of the low voltage coil. In order to monitor the temperature rise of transformer windings, automatically start and stop the cooling fan, and have fault alarm, over-temperature alarm and over-temperature trip functions, it provides a reliable overload protection device for dry-type transformers, thereby improving the safety of dry-type transformer operation.
