In order to reduce partial discharge and improve product reliability, the oil-filling process under vacuum, the vacuum requirement for oil filling, the evacuation time, and the oil filling speed are strictly controlled to ensure that the oil temperature is not lower than 60℃

Advantages:

2. Long service life: The transformer oil tank adopts a fully sealed structure. The oil tank and the tank edge can be bolt connected. The transformer oil is not in contact with the air to extend the service life
- In comparison with S9, no-load loss is reduced by 50% and no-load current reduced by 60%;
- In comparison with S11, no-load loss is reduced by 25% and no-load current reduced by 25%;
- S13Transformer's noise level is as low as 33.4dB, as tested by an authoritative inspection organization.

The oil-filled transformer is allowed to stand still according to the prescribed time, so that the internal residual gas escapes or is absorbed by the oil, and the insulation is fully saturated. At the same time, workers at the production line have gone through rigorous training and internships on relevant 110kV transformer processes. The welding of the conservator tank is particularly strictly controlled and inspected to prevent leakage, ensuring that no leakage occurs.

Advanced test equipment such as chromatographic analyzers and impulse voltage generators are used to ensure the accuracy of test data and the comparability, which ensures that the optimal technical parameters and structural design of each transformer from our company.

All prototype products have to go through 4 checks in the whole process:
1. Raw material inspection
2. In processing inspection
3. Final inspection
4. Outgoing inspection

Storage:
When storing the transformer, the oil level should be kept above the tank cover, and the storage conditions shall be regularly checked. For transformers transported with the conservator tank disassembled, the tank must be installed to keep certain oil pressure and oil volume, so as to adapt to temperature changes.
