Amorphous alloy dry-type transformers are oil-free and have no danger of burning.
The low voltage of this product is a foil coil, which is wound with copper foil. The high voltage coil is wound with F-grade high-strength enameled wire. The glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin encapsulated structure has excellent moisture resistance and crack resistance. The alloy strip is rolled and adopts a rectangular cross-section and a four-frame five-column structure. The no-load loss is reduced by three-quarters compared to ordinary dry-type transformers.
Use environment
The altitude does not exceed 1000m;
The waveform of the power supply voltage is similar to a sine wave;
The three-phase power supply voltage should be roughly symmetrical;
There is no obvious pollution in the installation environment;
Use indoors.
Energy saving effect
The no-load loss of the amorphous dry transformer is reduced by three-quarters compared to the value specified in the current international GB / T10228-1997.
Taking 630KVA as an example, the no-load loss is reduced by 1220w.
