There are two basic types of DC transformers, namely, a DC-DC converter with a regulated output and a "DC transformer" with an output voltage adjusted with the input. The DC transformer is similar to the AC transformer, which transforms one DC voltage into another or multiple DC voltages.

Dry-type transformers are widely used in local lighting, high-rise buildings, airports, wharf CNC machinery and equipment and other places. Simply put, dry-type transformers refer to transformers whose cores and windings are not immersed in insulating oil.

When two generators transmit power to the system through a split dry transformer, the split impedance of the split dry transformer effectively increases the impedance between the two generators, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing short-circuit current.

The coil is wound with copper wire or foil, reinforced with glass fiber, epoxy resin without filler, vacuum drying, degassing and dehumidifying, integral casting, high mechanical strength, short circuit resistance, and strong impact resistance.
